W EEKLY EDITION JULY 26, 2017 Get To Know Our Committees and Programs: The PSAI Members Business Success Committee ...continued Learn more about the group of dedicated volunteers that devote their time to growing and maintaining our Association's membership David enjoys his time leading the commit tee specifically for the opportunity to work "with a group of inspiring and fun committee Members to benefit the association." One of this group's most memorable efforts to date has been their attempt to reach out to all new PSAI Members with a hand - writte n, mailed card, welcoming each new company to the Association and encouraging them to get involved. The PSAI is known for its "one big happy family" feel. The Members Business Success Committee makes sure each Member – whether they're brand new or a PSAI v eteran – comes into the fold of that family mentality. The PSAI already boasts a few uniq ue Member benefits and Members - o nly affinity programs. However, another aspect of the MSI committee's responsibilities is to continually recommend potential affinity programs and partnerships that enhance Members' access to beneficial resources. As they have established a solid Membershi p retention strategy, this group will now shift their focus to the research and recommendation of said tools. "As we move forward," David shared, "this committee will begin the work of updating and creating new business tools for PSAI Members. This will be a fun and very rewarding series of projects. The work we will do will be focused on providing Members with a tool - box of deliverables that can assist them [as they] grow their business." These tools he speaks of will help PSAI Members to "be more competit ive, increase revenue, and pocket more of what they make." If this is an initiative that interests you, David encourages you to get involved! Sit in on a committee meeting at a PSAI event and see if the Members Business Success Committee is a fit for you. Contact David ( david@ameri - can.com ), Nancy ( nancy@andygump.com ), or Karleen ( karleenk@psai.org ) with any questions you may have regarding the MSI Committee or their initiatives. The PSAI is grateful for the dedicated work of this group!
