Vicious Vandalism
An unsuspecting child fell victim to a portable toilet that had
been maliciously tampered with
A 6 - year - old boy came screaming out of a portable toilet
last week with chemical burns on his face and other areas.
His mother determined, upon trying to console her child,
that pepper spray had been applied to the handle, the
seat, and the toilet paper. She rushed her son to a doctor
before the police arrived, but they did charge a 17 - year -
old who admitted to the crime. The boy is "doing well".
