Data showed that 23 firms had more than one respondent, and some had many. All of this feedback is valuable, but it is essential that we make adjustments in our interpretation of the data to ensure that no company – or small group of companies – disproportionately impacts our understanding of the industry as a whole. Consequently, the following steps have been taken: 1. The data from multiple same - firm respondents has been averaged so that each company has just one data set contributing to quantitative items. 2. Information that follows in this report is based on this company - level data analysis. 3. Individual feedback to all open - ended comments from all respondents has been reviewed for themes that are reported in this summary. All comments from individuals, regardless of company affiliation, will be shared with the Board and relevant committees as submitted.
