Dealing with Employee Theft By PSAI Executive Director Karleen Kos No one likes to think anyone would steal from them. In the portable sanitation industry, so many companies employ family members and a such large percentage of firms "feel like family" that the idea someone is being dishonest constitutes a deeply personal betrayal as well as a crime. Nevertheless, it's important to face facts if this is happening in your company.
