REMINDER: The PSAI Service Technician Job Analysis Survey
DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED
The survey will now close on July 17, rather than on June 30
As you know, the PSAI Service Technician Job Analysis Survey is currently
live. While we ha ve received wonderful responses so far, this survey is
incredibly important because it will reshape the future of the PSAI's Basic
Service Technician Training Course and Certification Exam. Allow your
service techs to take part in shaping the future of our industry standards!
The PSAI completely understands that you are in the midst of the "busy
season" and that your service techs may not have had time to sit down and
complete the survey. In response to this, we have EXTENDED THE DEADLINE for the survey. Y our techs now have until July 17 to
have their voices heard – and it is crucial that we hear from the men and women who are currently "on the job."

As an added bonus, anyone who fills out the survey is eligible to win a $250 Visa gift card from the PSAI. To be entered into the
drawing for the reward, you must first fill out the entire survey, and then send an email to info@psai.org with your email address
written in the message. FOR AN YONE WHO HAS ALREADY COMPLETED THE SURVEY, please send an email to info@psai.org
that clearly states your email address. A drawing for the gift card will be done using the received addresses so that we may notify the
winner via email after July 17.
