By Todd Ginter, PSAI Marketing Director Just before I started writing this article, I looked over the final schedule of events for the PSAI Nuts & Bolts Educational Conference happening November 2-5, 2021 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. At that moment I finally let myself realize this event is really happening. Hopefully, like me, you can't wait until we all can meet up again! I will admit, it wasn't just seeing it written in black and white. It was looking at the actual content of the conference that also got me excited. Let me take you through some of the highlights of what we have in store. I certainly hope you are already planning to join your industry colleagues at Nuts & Bolts. If not, as you will see, you will be missing out on a very worthwhile experience! Learn to Lead: Serve on the PSAI Board of Directors Scott Thone, Past President and Chair of the 2021-2022 Nominating Committee It's that time again. As the Past President of the PSAI Board of Directors, it is my honor to serve as the chair of the Nominating Committee for the next Board election. Together with a group of operator and supplier volunteers, it is my job to make sure we find good candidates to offer our members. In December, we will all choose from among them to elect the next group of volunteer leaders for the PSAI's Board. And what a time to join the Board! With Karleen's resignation we have so many opportunities in front of us. It will be a busy, exciting time to consider the various directions we could take and to choose from among a wide array of options for our Association. I hope many of you will consider running.
