In general Google will allow users to automatically translate sites into other languages. If you rely on this
functionality, it might be a good idea to have a native speaker review the Google translation for accuracy. From
there you can decide if you should translate the whole site professionally or rely on Google's automatic function.
Introduce Yourself
Large companies can be intimidating for customers.
An easy way to combat this is by telling your story
and letting customers see your staff. On their
website, Texas Outhouse has a timeline showing
the company's history, their commitment statement,
and photos of their staff broken down by teams.
Humanizing your big company helps people be
confident they will get personalized service. Some
buyers are partial to locally owned or family-owned
business. If that is true of your firm, emphasize it. If
your firm has been around a while, highlight your
staying power. If you are relatively new, explain why
you think your market needed a new player. Don't be
the Wizard of Oz hiding behind the curtain.
