PolyJohn Announces the Retirement of Gregg de Long
Whiting, IN—PolyJohn wants to recognize the retirement of long time
employee Gregg de Long. Gregg has been working for PolyJohn since
1987. His hard work and dedication to the industry has made a great
impact on many people. He has held many positions at the PSAI, and
helped to push the industry forward with knowledge and innovative
product revisions.
There are so many people out there that can say that Gregg helped them
and their business at some point. In 2012 Gregg won the prestigious
Andy Gump award—an award that shows just how much the industry has
appreciated him through the years.
At PolyJohn he really brought the spirit of "There when you need us" and
having a relationship that is more than just business. He truly cared about
his coworkers and customers. Gregg would always see how you were
doing and make sure to slip in a few jokes here and there during your
conversation.
Gregg has become like family to us here and many of you in the industry can say the same thing. We wish him all
the best in his retirement and undoubtedly all the adventures he will go on. v
