Learn more about reason 6—the PSAI's HOLLway Sessions–on the next two pages. HOLLway Sessions "HOLLway sessions provided a great learning experience. We met great people. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. We liked that it is a smaller show that allows more communication and one on one time with exhibitors." -Attendee at the 2019 PSAI Trade Show One of the biggest hits at the 2019 Convention and Trade Show in Mobile, Alabama was the introduction of the PSAI's HOLLway Sessions. These information-packed 30-minute sessions provide Hands On Learning Labs (HOLL) in topics that matter to the portable sanitation industry. Each session is held right on the Trade Show floor and led by industry leaders who are experts in their field. Operators have described these sessions as "Roundtables in 3D." The good news is that HOLLway Sessions return this year at the 2020 Convention and we know that you will be excited by this years topics and presenters. A full list of topics along with a synopsis of each is listed below. 1. Repair of Freshwater Flush and Hand Wash Stations. Freshwater Flush and Hand Wash Station repair are more complex and represent a "step up" from "Refurbishing a Standard Restroom Unit" from the Mobile Convention. 2. DOT Roadside Safety Inspections. The 2019 Session explained the ins and outs of "Conducting DOT-Compliant Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections." The 2020 Session will examine the safety requirements that come into play once the Route Service Technician has left the yard and is on route. What does a roadside safety inspection involve? 3. Servicing and Maintaining Shower Trailers. "Luxury Restroom Trailers" were the focus in 2019. Shower Trailers represent another "hot item" in terms of growth in our industry.
