• Track I: Pump Workshop - Maintaining and Rebuilding Pumps
This intensive workshop will dig deep into how to select and maintain your pumps. You'll also learn how to
do a rebuild that can save you thousands of dollars by extending the life of your equipment.
• Track II: The Cost of Doing Business
Make more money than you spend and you're successful, right? Maybe or maybe not. This workshop will
help you go deeply into the various cost drivers for portable sanitation companies. We will examine ways to
manage and account for those costs so that you can set prices that effectively reflect your business strategy
(low cost leader versus value differentiation) and maximize your cash flow options.

To accommodate everyone's schedules, we have added a wide
range of new ticketing options this year. We wanted to make
this exciting event something everyone can enjoy.
The downside to offering a range of ticket prices is that it
prohibits us from using our online registration system to honor
the complimentary registrations built into our Silver, Gold,
Platinum, and Titanium membership levels. We apologize that
this process is not more streamlined for you.
For this reason, we have created a PDF of the registration
form so that you can sign up without being charged for things
already included in your membership package. You may email
(info@psai.org) or surface mail the form back to the PSAI and
we will register your staff. We can also send you an invoice
if there are remaining fees (minus your membership-level
