A Case of NIMBY in Norwalk?
Portable business seeking approval for site
Neighbors who for years railed against a fi rewood business in
Norwalk, Connecticut, now might see the pr oper ty used to
store portable restrooms, according to The Hour web site.
David A. DeLeo, owner of Fairfield County Portables, said
he's seeking approval from the Norwalk Department of
Planning and Zoning to relocate his business . But he fears city
leaders are stalling and he can't understand why.
