A trailer with facilities for men, women , and families will arrive in America's first public park. Boston Common, according to WCVB5 - TV in Boston. "Facilities" is the Harvard Yard way of sa ying "bathroom." The trailer will be open from 7 am - 9 pm with security personnel, have electrical power and, more importantly, be cleaned every four hours. The pilot program could be extended for a year or two.
