W EEKLY EDITION JUNE 20, 2018 Joke of the We ek I t's the End of the School Y ear ! 1. The last day of school the teacher looked at me and said, "By now you can certainly name two pronouns." I said, "Who, me?" 2. The teacher said, "Whoever answers my next question can go home." So I threw a bag at her head. She said "Who threw that???" I said, "Me, and now I'm going home." 3. Little Jimmy said to his teacher, "My mommy wants to get you an appropriate end of the year gift as a thank you for teaching me. She said to ask you what you need." The teacher replied, "Valiu m." 4. It was the last day of school, and all the students were bringing presents for their teacher. A florist's daughter came up and gave her teacher a box. The teacher said, I will bet these are flowers! The girl replied, How did you know? Just a lucky gues s, she said. Next, a boy whose family owned a candy store came up and gave the teacher a box. She said that she knew it was candy. When the boy asked how she knew, she again said, Just a lucky guess. Finally, a boy whose father owned a liquor store came up and gave the teacher a box, but one of the box's corners was damp from a leak. The teacher asked the boy if it was wine. The boy said, No. She touched the leak and put it to her tongue and asked if it was champagne. The boy again said no. Finally, she gav e up and asked him what was in the box. Time Machines or Toilets? The San Francisco Department of Public Works has narrowed down th eir selection for revamped public restroom designs, with one finalist looking particularly futuristic A Detroit - based architectural design group has created the restrooms of the future. Or at least they look that way. The group's "sleek, strange, space - ag e pod design" was selected by San Francisco's Department of Public Works as a finalist for their new public restrooms that will be installed throughout the city.
