More Diamond Environmental Services Coverage The PSAI covered the sentencing of Diamond Environmental Services' execut ives in last week's newsletter One week after Diamond Environmental executives were sentenced for illegal dumping, FBI has raided the San Marcos and San Diego offices. In what is an unrelated case, they were searching for evidence of air pollution violati ons. The FBI questioned drivers about the trucks and removed computers and boxes of paperwork before sending employees home. There is no news so far on whether this new charge will affect the current sentences of the Diamond executives. READ THE STORY P AGE 15 Member News: Lakeshore Recycling Acquires Prime Portables Lakeshore Recycling Systems has acquired Prime Portables, Inc., in the Chicago area bringing its total number of portable sanitation units to almost 10,000. Says LRS CEO Alan Handley, "Prime Portables brings an outstanding market position, product and service mix, and an impeccable reputation for customer service". Brian Grosse, who founded Prime Portables, will be vice president of LRS's new Portable Toilet Division. "In joining forces with LRS, we are able to o ffer customers more waste and recycling options and we couldn't be more excited to join the LRS family", says Grosse. READ THE STORY
