How to Organize Your Business for Greater Success By Emily Newberg, PSAI Membership and Data Services Coordinator At the PSAI office we welcome questions from Members about all the different aspects of running a portable sanitation business, and the types of questions we receive are as varied as the operators themselves. One common question we get from business owners both experienced and brand new is, "How can we organize our office to optimize our efficiency?" Running a business is a complex operation and no two companies will look alike as for high-functionality. On July 7, 2016, the day The Ark Encounter opened, a group of protesters from the Freedom from Religion Foundation (FFRF) appeared at the site. They objected to the owners of The Ark Encounter having received tax subsidies since the attraction is clearly promoting a particular religious view. To support their protest, about a week in advance FFRF contracted with a portable sanitation company to provide a portable restroom for the duration of the event.
