From Toilet Bowls to the Rose Bowl
Portable toilets deemed the "unsung heroes" of the annual Tournament of Roses in Pasadena, CA
Did you watch the Rose Parade? Did you count the
portable restrooms? United Site Services provides around
1,100 of its best portable toilets for the parade and float
viewing area each year. They are placed so that no
attendee will have to wa lk more than a half block to
reach one and all of their locations are tracked on a 20 -
page spreadsheet and plotted on a four - foot map.
Because they are placed in front of businesses and
residences they are swi ftly rounded up by January 3rd.
That's quite a turn - around!
