Why a budget - conscious park in Connecticut is choosing to provide a portable restroom trailer option, rather
than install permanent restrooms
East Lyme, Connecticut is using a state

showers, but the town will add another
$70,000 to pay fo r a portable restroom
trailer, which can be moved indoors
during the winter and heavy storms, to be used instead.
