In another part of the country, this city council
decides that additional portable toilets for
homeless population is the best solution
With human waste in Springfield mounting,
city officials are acting quickly to improve
living conditions for all their citizens. The
homeless community in the Illinois city is well
established and open defecation has been a
persistent problem. However, just two weeks
after the idea of adding more portable
restrooms was proposed, the city council is in
action to make the addition happen. More
portable toilets to the rescue!

Cerebral Palsy
A woman in the UK is hosting a funky fundraiser to raise
money for a new wheelchair
What act would someone need to perform to get you to
donate to his or her cause? A woman raising funds posed
this question to her friends, which will land her inside a
portable toilet…for 48 hours. Beginning October 19
th
Louisa Marnoch o f Cambridge will perform a literal sit - in in
hopes of raising the final amount needed to purchase a new
wheelchair for a young man with cerebral palsy. She is one -
fifth of the way to reaching her goal and believes it will
happen, "Tom will get his wheelcha ir" she typed on her
Facebook page, by Christmas.
