A Letter from the President Fellow PSAI Operator Members: I NEE D YOUR HELP! As you know, we have a survey we are asking you to participate in. It is our Service Technician Job Analysis Survey. This survey is important to all of us. The information we get from it allows us to update our service standards and is a c rucial step in ensuring our certification program can be accredited. It will take approximately 20 minutes for your service techs to fill it out. Please consider allowing a few of your techs to take the survey. Any service technician that spends a minim um of 50% of their time on a route or in a yard actually servicing portable toilets is eligible to fill this out. Anyone not currently a service tech but who has spent more than 50% of their time servicing units within the last five years can also complete it. Just click on the following link or paste it to your browser: http://psaijobanalysis.questionpro.com/ Your input helps us get a "Big Picture" of how our service technicians actually do their jobs. The survey closes June 30, 2017 so the earlier you can complete it the better. Thank you for helping us make our industry the best it can be. Sincerely , Dwayne Siegmann, PSAI President CONTINUED ON PAGE 2 ANNOUNCING THE 2017 - 18 PSAI SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS ! SEE PAGE 4 TO FIND OUT MORE WELCOME NEW PSAI MEMBERS!
