OSHA is extending the comment period on two initiatives to protect the safety and health of workers.
These extensions will allow more time for input from the public.
The comment period for the Emergency
Temporary Standard on COVID-19 Vaccination and
Testing has been extended to January 19, 2022.
The comment period for the consideration of
a standard to prevent heat injury and illness
in outdoor and indoor work settings has been
extended to January 26, 2022.
