Reflect Upon the
PSAI's Past:
Michael McCarthy
and Mike Pauling

To serve as the President of the PSAI is an
extreme honor but the responsibilities, the
decisions, and the hours involved can be
incredibly challenging while also working in
your own business. To serve in this position
for two consecutive terms is an even greater
challenge. In the early 1990s, two presidents
served two terms each, one after the other. The
inspiring stories of Michael McCarthy and Mike
Pauling are shared below. Each contributed to
the growth and the success of the PSAI that
continued long after their terms ended.
