8 I PSAI Association Insight, December 1, 2021 working for an Operator company to becoming part of a Supplier company, I needed to resign from my position as Vice President of the Board. As thrilled as I was for my new opportunity with ServiceCore, it pained me to have to resign my Board position. Working alongside other leaders in this industry through the PSAI Board and volunteer positions has been a valued highlight of my career. I am passionate about all that the PSAI has to offer everyone in our industry. The educational and training pieces available and the knowledge shared are of huge value. But it is the connections and sincere relationships that are immeasurable. I feel that the experience I have as both an Operator and now Supplier provide me with a view and voice that can benefit the forward movement of the PSAI in many ways. I would look forward to another opportunity to continue to share my voice with this loyal, hardworking, and engaging industry. John Marcucci Walex Products Company, Inc. Hi, I'm John Marcucci with Walex Products Company. I've spent 20 years on the Walex sales team and have enjoyed my front row seat watching our industry grow and become a commonplace for special events, Get Out the Vote: Board of Directors Voting Is Open! (continued from page 7) natural disasters, construction sites, and of course a critical component during COVID. The PSAI staff and Board of Directors have done an amazing job navigating the association through the pandemic. As we hopefully start to close the pandemic phase, we are embarking on a new and exciting chapter of leadership for the PSAI. It's been my pleasure to serve on the PSAI Board of Directors for the last three years. I would like to continue my work alongside the other dedicated board members as we transition with our new leadership and embrace continued growth. I would greatly appreciate your vote. Thank you. At-Large Candidates (1 Board Spot) Michelle Amelse Satellite Industries, Inc. 23 years ago, I started at Satellite and in the portable sanitation industry. In that time, I've worn many hats; from customer service and global supply chain, business solutions/IT and marketing. Currently as Director of Marketing, I enjoy the variety of roles where I can engage and collaborate with operators and suppliers. Participating on two PSAI committees (EI and Events) and planning tradeshows and events has allowed me to build great relationships in the industry and impact valuable projects in the PSAI. I'm a proven leader with a broad range of experience and strong interpersonal skills, successfully working with global teams/partners, leading projects such as a global website and online store implementation, ERP/CRM/Marketing software implementation, customer rewards program, key aspects of the Satellite|PolyPortables integration, and corporate digital marketing strategies. With a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology, followed by project management and marketing certifications, I am a lifelong learner and am passionate about new ideas that move the needle. I am excited for the opportunity to join the board to help the PSAI community foster a greater sense of connection and grow its membership and global impact.
