We are locating this event in a familiar place: Zoom. After you register, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a personalized zoom link for each of the days you registered to attend. Just Like Our Bi-Weekly Roundtable Discussions… But Bigger! The PSAI's virtual roundtables have routinely been the most popularly attended sessions at PSAI events. In the year of COVID-19, we started hosting virtual roundtable discussions to keep the useful exchange of information going even when not at an event. This has taken an already popular resource and made it bigger! When more professionals in the industry come together, the better it gets. Participants share real-life experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another. In addition, you hear information from experts who facilitate the discussion. At the Virtual Conference, our roundtable topics will include: • Evolving Water Storage/Truck Design • Grow Your Business with Specialized Trailers • Service Tech Brainstorm-Procedural Changes to Improve Service Efficiency • Route Service Techs and Field Sales • Recruit and Retain Personnel • Letting the Company Grow Up HOLLways are Back Introduced in 2019, we are once again happy to bring you HOLLway sessions! The HOLL stands for Hands On Learning Labs. Even though we are virtual, it does not mean you can't be up close and personal. There are three HOLLway sessions on Wednesday, April 14, with some great topics for service technicians and their leaders. They include: • Tips and Tricks of Servicing • Maintaining Restroom Trailers in the Yard and Field, and • Placing Sinks in the Field for Use and Service. Knowledgeable Speakers Kicking off the conference is Tony Conant, CEO of the American Rental Association who will speak on what to expect in the coming year during his address entitled, "Inside Rental: ARA's Look Down the Road." Conant joined ARA in November 2016 and is responsible for enabling operational excellence across the organization and building capabilities to support ARA's strategic plan.
