Final Thoughts As we will see in the coming weeks, Al Hilde is but one of a group of individuals that believed in an idea and worked to grow and to establish the identity of the portable sanitation industry. Along the way, he and others believed in an industry association that could further the professionalism of the industry and the education of its members. The PSAI is indebted to Al Hilde and his amazing story of hard work, innovation, and success. Dignity is indeed personified in this "Pioneer of the Industry." Personal Note and Thank You I had the pleasure of meeting Al Hilde at Satellite's 50th Anniversary in 2008 in Plymouth. He was very sincere and appreciative to all in attendance.
