2020 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Provided scholarships totalling
$25,000
to worthy recipients.
Participated in dozens of meetings with
FEMA and CDC officials,
answered hundreds
of questions from portable sanitation professionals
and the general public, published frequent social
media posts, and successfully managed office
operations remotely for much of the year.
Was re-accredited
as a standards
developing
organization by the
American National
Standards Institute
(ANSI).
We also provided input
for ISO's new standard
31800 covering new
faecal sludge treatment unit and the soon-to-be-
published International Working Agreement on
Woman-Owned Businesses.

service technician skills to preparing for weather
extremes and adjusting worksite service for COVID-19.
We also partnered with the WWETT Show to offer
in-person training courses at their February event.
