It's easy to start your own account with a new email address, and this will greatly reduce login errors you may have experienced in the past. By keeping that favorite email address that multiple people use in the account marked as your primary and/or billing contact, you will not miss out on important reminder emails. How Does the Member Compass Work? There are two types of accounts, and the type you have will affect what you see in your Member Compass. Most of the people from your company will have a normal account with access to their profile, transaction history, order history, event history, and their personal information. The other type of account belongs to those in your company with management access. These include the primary contact, the billing contact, and any other staff person you want to have a higher level of access. These folks will be able to view and edit the company profile, pay transactions for the company, view the company's order history, and manage the staff list. Their member compass will look more like the picture at left. All individuals will be able to edit most of their own profile information, but for data cleanliness and security reasons, individuals must contact the PSAI to change their first or last name. The Login & Password section shown at left allows users to see their main Contact Email and Login Email, and to edit their login email and password. The login email can be different than the contact email, but the latter will be what customers will see in our Member Directory. How Do I Manage the Staff List? Users with management access can add and remove staff members from the staff list. They can also give management access to others in the company. When you open your staff list you will be able to see their basic contact information and that they are inheriting benefits from your company.
