Get Ready to Use those Class Passes!

Although all members of the PSAI receive discounts on purchases and event registrations, memberships that are
silver and above have additional discounts and class passes built in with their dues. As mentioned in our July
8th Association Insight, class passes allow our members to choose whatever benefits they want off of a list of
options—a "class pass menu" if you will. Each membership tier has a set number of class passes each year.
How Do I Use a Class Pass?
A class pass promo code will be emailed
to the primary contact for each member
company at the silver level and above. This
class pass promo code is good for one year,
and you will receive a new class pass promo
code when you renew your membership.
The system tracks the number of class
passes each member company has, so when
you use your class pass promo code on a
purchase it will automatically deduct one
class pass from your account.
If an item is worth more than one class pass,
such as a website ad or a trade show booth,
please contact the PSAI. Your class pass
promo code will only deduct one pass, so it
won't work for those bigger ticket items.
How Do I Take Advantage of My Member Discount without Using a Class Pass?
You might start to get tired of hearing about promo codes, but you probably won't get tired of taking advantage
of them at checkout. In the email going out to your primary contact this week, there will be two promo codes:
your class pass promo code, and your member level discount promo code.
These two promo codes are labeled in a way that makes it nearly impossible to confuse the two. Your discount
promo code will deduct the appropriate amount from purchases and does not expire or run out. You will keep this
discount promo code for as long as you are a member of the PSAI at that member level. If you decide to change
your member level, from silver to gold for instance, you will receive a new promo code to reflect that higher
discount, and your silver promo code will be deactivated.
How Do I Register for Events?
All event registrations are worth one class pass, aside from our virtual roundtables, which are free for members. So,
signing up for trainings or the virtual convention are a couple of great ways to take advantage of your class passes.
If you prefer to save your class passes for something special in the coming year, do not forget to then use your
discount promo code at checkout.
Registering for events on our new platform slams last year's registration process right out of the park. Can't
remember if you registered John and Janet for the training yet? Not sure if you registered for all the roundtables
you want to attend? Afraid you overpaid? Have no fear, this new platform won't let you make those same old
mistakes.
