The Art of Sales Persuasion is less about convincing people to buy than it is about showing them you have what they need. How well you do that can make a significant difference in your sales totals. Learn some of the best techniques around to make sure you don't leave sales on the table. • In-depth workshop on the cost of doing business in 2020. On the final day of the conference you will want to make sure you attend our two-part workshop on the cost of doing business in 2020. Presented by former PSAI President and retired portable sanitation operator Jeff Wigley, together with a panel of professionals, this workshop will help you go deep into the various cost drivers for portable sanitation companies. These can include everything from the obvious direct expenses for trucks, fuel, and personnel, to the less obvious expenses such as various types of insurance, hiring costs, and technology. By the end of the second session the focus will turn to understanding the costs of your inventory, including sinks and restroom trailers. These sessions will examine ways to manage and account for all costs so you can set prices that effectively reflect your business strategy (low cost leader versus value differentiation) and maximize your cash flow options. Jeff has recruited a team of operator experts on various business cost topics to ensure you hear the latest information from the thought leaders in our industry. In addition to these learning sessions, we'll have plenty of our famous roundtable discussions, eight hands-on learning labs, and a full trade show. Our first entirely virtual conference represents an opportunity for portable sanitation leaders to continue to grow their business and take educational information right back to the real world.
