That person will still need to create an account on the website. • When removing a staff member, the system removes the parent company from the staff record, but it does not delete them from the system. Therefore, if this person moves on to a different PSAI member company, their individual account including event, purchasing, and certification history can be easily attached to their new company. How Will the Member Compass Make My Life Easier? Our new platform won't cook your dinner, but its Member Compass will help you keep your membership with the PSAI current. Under your Payment Methods tab you can securely keep several credit cards on file to make checkout easier for all purchases—whether they are store orders, event registrations, or your annual dues. When an invoice or event registration is created, it will automatically appear in your Member Compass. Your Dashboard will let you know about all the important things to remember. Do you often forget to renew memberships on time? It happens to the best of us. But when you know the unbeatable benefits of being a member of a great association like the PSAI you just know. That's why we have the option of auto-pay. By selecting the auto-pay option you will receive a notice via email that it is time to renew 60 days before your membership is set to expire. If you do nothing at all, your membership will automatically renew five days later using the card you have set as your default. In your Payment Methods tab, you can add, update, or delete saved cards and, if you've opted in to use auto-pay for previous renewals, this is where you can also opt out at any time. Whichever way you choose to renew, your PSAI renewal process just got a lot better.
