By Todd Ginter, PSAI Marketing Manager For many years, the annual Industry Catalog was a staple of the PSAI. This volume typically included a list of Members and abundant information from suppliers seeking to acquaint operators with their products and services. Sometimes it also included basic information about the PSAI and its benefits. In this very technology-driven world, PSAI Members feel there is still a place for the hard copy volume we produce, and they look forward to receiving it each year. At the same time, there are other industry resources Members want that either cannot be found anywhere – or cannot be found easily when they are needed. This is where the PSAI stepped in to look for ways to fill the resource gap. In 2015 we transformed the Catalog to include the supplier information PROs are used to seeing. We also added information PSAI Members seek most often. In 2020 we will offer even more content that will have PROs turning to the PSAI Industry Resource Directory – and seeing your ad – for a full year. Content included for 2020: • An industry summary and business metrics • Information on regulations and guidelines affecting most PSAI Members • Summaries of regulations in various states/countries and regulation changes being considered • Information about key operational issues and best practices • Information and ads from industry suppliers • A membership contact list (current as of January 1, 2020) • Up-to-date information about the PSAI's priorities, activities, and leadership Over time we will add more features and develop a user-friendly version for smart phones or tablets. Our goal is to provide a valuable resource that is never far away when PROs need it. Industry Resource Directories will be mailed directly to PSAI Members, reside on the PSAI website and come in a spiral book format for a full year. It will also be available at WWETT and the PSAI Convention and Trade Show. Maximize your ad's exposure by having printed copies available at the 2020 spring trade shows!
