NTR is a relatively new company, but its experienced leadership team brings a lot of know - how. They are growing fast. NT R Rents was founded in 20 16 with just one pump truck, four toilets and some hand wash stations. In the short time since, the company has expanded to serve customers in a large geographical footprint using five yards located across the Texas and Louisiana Gulf coast. NTR Rents has the capacity to deliver hundreds of toilets for a single event or site. They use customized equipment built to exacting specifications to maximize safety. During the company's three years, NTR Rents' leaders have created their own management and measureme nt tools, implemented a customized invoicing and routing system, and employ a comprehensive training program with their staff. Says Vice President Chris Payne, "We measure a lot of stuff." They also strive to be "the most customer focused team in the industry that consistently delivers value - based solutions" to their customers. On the site visit you'll see how NTR Rents: • Has laid out their Deerfield Park yard for maximum efficiency • Uses management and measurement tools, business metrics, and other rep orting techniques to get the most out of all their assets • Trains their staff on quality and safety procedures that produce optimal results for everybody concerned CONTINUED ON PAGE 1 4
