Preferences will be honored in accordance with the drawing order. Once titanium, platinum, gold, and silver Members have chosen their spaces, the floor is open for bronze Members to choose. Eventually, nonmembers are offered the option to select space as well. Here is how to log on for the drawing: You can join the live stream of the drawing on September 19 at 10:00 am central time through the WebEx meeting platform. The number is: +1-510-338-9438 You can find the show contract in the Visibility Kit by following this link. You may be anxious to know the show schedule too. The details are currently under development, but to date we can tell you: · The date of the Convention and Trade Show is March 25-28, 2020 · The location is the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland · Exhibitor move-in begins Wednesday, March 25 · The Trade Show opens on Thursday, March 26 at 4:00 pm · The Trade Show closes on Friday, March 27 at 6:00 pm · Once again this year we will have HOLLway sessions (Hands On Learning Labs) · The service contractor will once again be Freeman Expositions. The exhibitor kit will be sent to all registered exhibitors and posted on the PSAI website shortly.
