Recently, we mailed information regarding the upcoming Nuts & Bolts Educational Conference taking place in Houston, Texas from November 5-8. If you haven't already registered, you can expect a call asking if you will be joining the rest of us from the portable sanitation industry at this very useful and important event. Remember: you can sign up right now and take advantage of early bird pricing. October 3 is the early bird price deadline; prices go up after that and hotel rooms start running out. There will be much more to talk about and share with all of you regarding Nuts & Bolts before the event in November, but it is also time to get the ball rolling on the Convention and Trade Show. That annual event will be held in Baltimore, Maryland from March 25-28, 2020. How do we get started? We begin with preparations for our exhibitors. The floor plan is being seen in this newsletter today for the first time – check it out on page 6. Look it over carefully because we will be holding the priority drawing to see the order in which supplier businesses will choose their trade show spots beginning next week. All silver level suppliers and above are in the drawing. The booth space drawing is TOMORROW at 10 am central time Here is how the booth drawing process works. First, PSAI staff will put each supplier's name (represented on ping-pong balls) into a fishbowl along with balls representing other suppliers at the same membership level. We begin with titanium Members. After that we work our way through the platinum, gold, and silver companies to get the order of the entire priority choice list. If you want to be in the running to choose your space early, contact the PSAI office by 9:00 am central time TOMORROW to upgrade your membership. Need some excitement in your life? Don't worry, you will be able to watch the drawing as it happens. We will broadcast the excitement using a live webcast, and you can watch the whole process unfold in real time.
