Joining the Meeting
Once you have finished registering, please visit the link here to make sure your device is ready to att end the
Virtual R oundtable. You may need to download a plugin or change your computer's settings to participate in
the session. Completing this step will help eliminate the possibility of technical issues when joining the
roundtable on the day of the event.
On August 6
th
, please click the green 'join the meeting' link pictured to the
right. You will find this link on the approval email from Webex. Following
the 'join the meeting' link will bring you to a landing page on the Webex
website. O nce the V irtual Roundtable leaders are ready, they will open the
session, and the 'Join Meeting' button located at the top of the page will
become a clickable link. A photo of the unclickable 'Join Meeting' button is
located next to the red arrow below.
Y ou will be asked if you would like to use the phone or
computer to join the meeting. Please click 'use the
computer' as it will have more options for the session.
Calling in with a phone is an option if you are experiencing
technical difficulties. You will be able to see a list of the
other attendees on the right - hand side of the screen once
you are in the Virtual R oundtable.
