Staffing Challenges is August 6th

After the success of our first Virtual Roundtable in June, the PSAI is looking forward to the nex t session August
6th. This Virtual Roundtable will focus on another top ic that is important to the portable sanitation industry –
staffing challenges. Below are some of the topics that will be covered in this next session:
• Onboarding new hires properly
• What is the best way to train new employees?
• The deep end of the pool – w ha t are the pros and cons of a baptism by fire?
• You've got them – now what? Retention of valuable employees.
• Incentives – How to use them in a way that actually works.
• Creating a company culture that makes employees
want to stay.
Industry leaders will gui de attendees through the interview
process and explain how to select the best team members for
their business. The insider information shared at these virtual
roundtables has never been so readily available before. The
PSAI is proud to be a part of this ex perience that helps our
Member companies be successful and makes the entire
portable sanitation industry stronger. Preregistration for the
Virtual Roundtable is required and is locat ed under the red
arrow on our website pictured to the right.

joining the event on August 6

can be a challenge at times, so please contact

recommended you test your device before the virtual
roundtable begins to avoid any technical issues with Webex.

Registering
You can register for the Virtual R oundtable by visiting psai.org or by following the link here . Once your
information has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that the registration was successful.
Within 48 hours of this first email, you will receive an email message from Webex that contains the meeting
password. You will use the 'join the meet ing' link on th is email to gain access to the Virtual R oundtable on
August 6th.
