research from Scientists at the University of Illinois is validated. The

The ADA and Outdoor Music Festivals
A woman with lupus is calling on music festivals to provide more ADA
compliant portable restrooms at outdoor music festivals. The woman
believes festivals should be more proactive than reactive when
creating ADA compliant events. The Director of Advocacy and
Community Access says the problem is "the Americans with
Disabilities Act is enforcea ble upon complaint, so if nobody
complains, if no one says well this is inaccessible and it's a problem,
then there will be no enforcement and things kind of continue in the
