Second Photo – Meanwhile, the PSAi staff and volunteers,
together with personnel from Freeman Exhibitions, began
the process of setting up the trade show floor for the
convention.
Third Photo – Tuesday morning the calendar included a full
complement of Committee meetings, By noon, some were
ready for some time to explore Mobile. Others spent the
afternoon honing their communication skills. Around 30
people attend a leadership seminar with Lee Knapp who
focused on using the DiSC profile as a tool for improving
interactions with co-workers and employees.
Tuesday finished with a bonus training session, "Portable
Sanitation and Work Sites." New and prospective Members
gathered for this course, led by Training Committee co-chair
and incoming Board President Scott Thone, and then got to
know one another a bit better during a networking time at
the hotel. Finally, the Board and Past Presidents joined one
another for dinner and a change to catch up before the first
General Session, the Awards Luncheon, and the opening of
the Trade Show on Wednesday.

First Photo – On a more serious note, the final meeting of
the 2018-19 Board occurred on Monday afternoon. During
that session the Directors accepted the resignation of Bill
Jones, Lely Tank, from the Board and appointed Ryan
Anthony, Satellite Industries, to serve for the final year of
Bill's term.
