A Portable Solution for a Park
A planned trail in Utah is saved by a portable unit
In Logan, Utah, a trail that was supposed to connect the
mouth of Logan Canyon and Utah State University has
been delayed. Instead of opening at the end of
November, it will be completed in June 2019, according
to the Herald Journ al. Among the many reasons for the
delay is a right - of - way dispute with the state's
Department of Transportation, aesthetic decisions for a
retaining wall, and the absence of a restroom – though
one was budgeted for $200,000. Whoops! In the
meantime, city staff has started work on bringing a
portable restroom to the trail. Portable sanitation saves
the day again!

P eyton Manning Comes Clean on His Well - Known 'SNL' Skit
Famous former NFLer made a comedy breakthrough with a portable toilet as one of the central jokes
It's been more than 10 years since Manning appeared
on Saturday Night Live, and people are still talki ng
about a video short that was long on concept and on
laughs. The idea of the skit is that Manning is
volunteering through the United Way to mentor kids
and play a game of football. But it all goes wrong
when Manning's competitive instincts take over and he
starts harassing and berating the children and knocking
them over by throwing the football at them. Manning
says now he didn't want to do the skit and that he
thought it was pushing too far. But one of the mothers
of the child actors begged Manning to d o it, according
to Fatherly web site. The best bit? When Manning
makes one of the boys lock himself in a portable unit for the rest of the game.
