• Condu cted an extensive survey of portable sanitation technicians and their supervisors as a
necessary step in the process of updating the examination for Certified Portable Sanitation
Professionals.
• Delivered a keynote speech at the Southwest Wastewater Confere nce in Laughlin, Nevada on the
future trends in portable sanitation.
• Provided training courses including the PSAI's Basic Service Technician Training Course to nearly
300 attendees of the WWETT Show in Indianapolis.
