O verdue contractor gets a special delivery
He told police that he did not mean for the full portable toilet
to tip over and spill all its contents when he shoved it off a
trailer into another man's driveway. He, apparently, was
delivering the toilet to the contractor -- a fter it was overdue for
pick up -- out of kindness. A video from the local NBC affiliate
of the incident tells a different story.

One Not - So - Fine Mess
Unserviced portable restroom insufferable
Here is a good example of why we have an association and
why we set stand ards. According to The Garden Island in
Hawaii his portable restroom company avoided bad publicity
by remaining unnamed, but as the comment section will
attest, this one stink of a scenario paints a bad image for us all.

Down the Drain
Company accused of dumping into sewer
Another portable toilet company is accused of illegally
dumping waste into the sewer system. As posted on the K2
Radio website, Shawn Nash of Shawn's Johns in Wyoming has
been fined almost $50,000. Nash has had several opportunities
to defend himself but has failed to appear at informal hearings.
A flow meter installed by the Central Wyoming Regional Water
System has proven that violations continue despite an order to
cease - and - d esist. Nash is directing all questions to his lawyer .
