By Karleen Kos, PSAI Executive Director The PSAI is looking for a few great people to run for the Board for a three-year term beginning in March 2020. Specifically, we are looking for at least two (2) nonoperators and at least eight (8) operators to step up to the plate as potential candidates for 5 open positions. You do not have to be an expert or come from a big company. If you are someone who is passionate about this industry and eager to improve it, if you follow through on your commitments, and if you desire to help form the future of portable sanitation, then we want you. In a crowded market, portable sanitation companies use a variety of tactics to land contracts and convince competitors to stay away from their customers. One of the more unfortunate approaches is using price as a weapon. This often creates a race to the bottom, and nobody truly wins when that happens. CONTINUED ON PAGE 2
