The economy is motoring along, but portable sanitation companies are struggling to find qualified drivers and other key personnel. If this is true for your company, you are not alone. According to Indeed, 56% of small businesses are finding it somewhat or very difficult to find the right employees for their businesses. In fact, if you are feeling particularly challenged in finding drivers and sales staff, it may be of a little consolation to know there are other industries facing even worse trials.
