Seeing a chef emerge from the kitchen, he raced over and said, "Are you the Fish Friar? To which the reply was, "No, I am the Chip Monk. Portable Sanitation to the Rescue PSAI Member Sanitech is playing an essential role in the response to a Cape Town water shortage In the midst of a major water shortage in Cape Town, Sanitech of South Africa is spreading the word that portable toilets can save the day. Managing Director Robert Erasmus references the impact one local company is making after having their 150 - person staff switch to portable toilets, which is saving 10,000 liters of water per day. He further advises companies to include water shortages in their Disaster Recovery Plan, and encourages them to contact Sanitech to discuss water saving opportunities as Day Zero approaches.
