W EEKLY EDITION JAN 17, 2018 PAGE 3 Meet the Board of Director Operator Candidates …continued Candidates are listed in alphabetical order by category. Statements have been written by the candidates and are presented as provided to the PSAI. Frederick Hill III Gotta Go Now Washington D.C., USA In 2006 I decided to start my own business providing portable restrooms in the Washington DC area. We h ave grown from 3 porta potties to over 2000, we also offer luxury restroom trailers, holding tanks, hand wash stations, tables, tents, chairs, fencing, barricades, drain field maintenance, storm drain cleaning and mini roll off dumpsters. I was the only em ployee from 2006 - 2010. We now have 15 full time employees. I want to serve on the Board of the PSAI to aid in the continuance of educating and training the world on the importance of waste water management. I believe we can assist, if not create legisla tion, that will improve the quality of life for all as it relates to our industry. I have witnessed how clients have become more receptive in the use of portable sanitation because we don't just rent them toilets. We bring an understanding of the benefits and a service that not everyone can perform. Our employees take much pride in the service they provide because they too understand that they are not only needed, but they also are educators of our industry. I'm very excited to bring jobs, education and sec urity to all who need our industry. Rajeev Kher 3S – A Division of Saraplast Pvt Ltd Pune, Maharashtra, India I have been a pioneer in the Indian sanitation industry for over 18 year and bring tr emendous amount of on ground experience. I believe an opportunity to be a PSAI board member would not only be beneficial to the board but above all for India's budding 'sanitation entrepreneurs' who are rapidly mushrooming in a developing India, with an ai m to change the situation of the poor sanitation condition, which has saddled the country over the years. My knowledge would be an asset for the board and the entire membership, as I bring valuable insights into the Indian sanitation sector, which has a huge market potential for international companies to tap into. I am currently sitting on various boards such as Toilet Board Coalition, Portable Sanitation Association of India and have been recipient of numerous prestigious global awards such as GSG, Entr epreneur of the year, 2017. Also currently working with the Govt of India on various sanitation initiatives under the Swach Bharat Abhyan, a national campaign promoted by the Indian Govt to provide universal sanitation access. I would work to promote the PSAI brand in India and can also work to promote enabling policy environment in other countries. CONTINUED ON PAGE 4
