WEEKLY EDITION JAN 17, 2018 It's Time to Cast Your Vote!...continued The PSAI Board election will open tomorrow, January 18 Whoever is voting on behalf of your organization will be asked to rank the candidates in order of preference. This system should help avoid the possibility of a tie vote and the need for a runoff election. The order of the candidates will be randomized – meaning the order you see the candidates in on your ballot is not the same order as the next voter. This is designed to eliminate bias toward those who are first on the list. Links. To access the operator ballot, visit: http://psai2018operatorballot.questionpro.com PAGE 2 CONTINUED ON PAGE 3 The first PSAI Board of Directors in 1971. To access the non-operator ballot, visit: http://psai2018nonoperatorballot.questionpro.com To enter the ballot, use the Member number and ballot access code from the letter that was mailed to your company. If you have any questions regarding the process, did not receive your letter, or need your number/access code, call the PSAI office! Candidate statements and photos. The next few pages contain statements and photos from the candidates in alphabetical order by category. Please take the time to read them before your organization does its ranking. We had a great response to last year's electronic election and expect the same for this year. Thank you for taking the time to cast your company's vote! Meet the Board of Director Operator Candidates Candidates are listed in alphabetical order by category. Statements have been written by the candidates and are presented as provided to the PSAI. Wendy Cross Arnold's Environmental Services Saukville, Wisconsin, USA I am the Director of Sales and HR Manager for Arnold's Environmental Services. Arnold's has been serving the SE Wisconsin area for more than 25 years. We are a team of 20 employees and pride ourselves on the longevity and loyalty of our great staff. Arnold's is a well-established, respected company in our area and in this industry. I believe that I have added to that positive reputation with the skills I hold. My experience in sales and marketing, operations, staff management, and also safety & risk made my move to Arnold's a wise and positive one. These are also skills that would make me an asset to the Board of Directors for the PSAI. I currently sit on the EI Committee and the MSI Committee. I have been fortunate enough to attend every PSAI convention since joining the Arnold's team. The impact and wealth of knowledge from the members of our PSAI organization amazes me. It is what has led me to get involved and hopefully even more involved as a Board member. I welcome this opportunity to contribute even more to this great organization.
