A message to PROs from the PSAI Certification Commission
The su rvey invites respondents to rank the relative importance and frequ ency of the tasks performed by route
service t echnicians. The tasks are divided into five knowledge domains:
1. Transportation and l ogistics
2. Servicing portable sanitation e quipment
3. Safety and hazard m anagement
4. Recordkeeping
5. Pr ofession al demeanor and c onduct
As the Certification Commission called for your assistance in 2016 to provide job d escriptions for service
t echnicians, we are once again asking for your input as we enter the final phase of this accreditation. We had an
o utstanding response then and we need another outstanding response now!
