Consider using a PSAI Training Course to help educate and
bond your team
• Consider hosting the Certification Exam immediately
following the course. As your team will already be gathered in
a central location, have them complete the Certification Exam
in the same room. To host the exam, a qualified proctor must
oversee the testing. Your company must select a proctor that
is not associated with your company in any way and have
them approved by the PSAI. This person must be identified
well in advance of the exam date and must agree to follow all
rules and procedures required to ensure exam security and
