W EEKLY EDITION JUNE 21, 2017 P AGE 13 PSAI'S 2018 ANNUAL GOLF OUTING The Annual Golf O uting has become a tradition at the PSAI. Held on the Wednesday before the Convention and Trade Show (C&TS) each year , the Outing is a great way to get your company's brand in front of a select group of attendees and to have some fun. Historically, one company has taken the lead in sponsoring the event with others assisting in supporting roles. Consider stepping up and taking the lead in 2018! Lead Sponsor Commitment R ecognition • A named staff member to work with the PSAI's event planners in a lead role • O rganizing the event on the ground, interfacing with course officials and other sponsors, and recruiting and assigning players • Underwriting certain costs such as hole - in - one insurance and prizes • Being open to innovation and input from others so the event can be successful • Following PSAI policies in all activities and ensuring alignment with the overall C&TS objectives • Generally making sure everyone has a good time • Company logo and thanks in all PSAI publicity material for the Convention and Trade Show • Logo and acknowledgement on the PSAI's Convention and Trade Show website and on signage at the event • A "front and center" role on the day of the event • Company recognit ion from the podium at the Convention and Trade Show • Automatic inclusion in the annual Scavenger Hunt and Innovation Forum • The appreciation of the players and the PSAI Your company would be responsible for the Golf Outing at the 2018 PSAI Annual Conventi on and Trade Show scheduled for March 20 - 24, 2018 in Portland, Oregon. This is a one year sponsorship. Interested companies should provide a one - page letter of interest covering their vision for the event, how they expect to work with the PSAI Event Com mittee and staff, and naming their lead contact person. If more than one company is interested, a selection process will be completed no later than July 1, 2017 and a formal sponsorship agreement will be provided. Questions?
