Company vehicle fleets are more heavily weighted with smaller trucks, with fully a third of all companies (34%) owning eleven or
more vehicles of less than 26,001 lbs GVWR. Large trucks have their place, though, and 13% of respondents have ten or
more trucks in excess of 26,000 lbs GVWR in their fleets. Equipment budgets appear to be growing. In 2017 85% of
responding companies expect to spend $30,000 or more, compared with just 75% last year.
