Joke of the Week
A young boy was looking at the wall of
plaq ues in front of the church. The minister
came up behind him and asked him what he
was thinking. The young boy asked the
minister, "What are these for?"
The minister explained that the plaques honor
men who have died in the service. After
thinking for a minute, the young boy asked,
"The 8:30 or the 10 o'clock one?"

Take the Time to Turn Around after Using the Toilet
Why you should be in tune with what your poo looks like
While it is common to turn around and take a glance in the toilet
before flushing its contents down the drain, 6% of U.K. citizens in
2014 said that they have never looked in the toilet upon finishing
their trip to the bathroom. This could be an issue because "the
color and shape of your stool can actually show warning signs of
medical conditions like colon cancer" or "internal blockages."
Click the link to check out a video th at explains what the ideal poo
looks like "in terms of shape, size, color and consistency."
However, it is important to remember that "everyone has their
own version of normal," so there is no need to immediately worry. The reason to take a look in the to ilet is to identify
what your own norm is. If things change or there is a lasting abnormality, then it may be time to consult a doctor. But if
you never look, you'll never know!
While this topic is certainly not glamorous, checking before you flush is im portant; it ensures your digestive system isn't
sending up any red flags. Watch the video in the link to find out just how "normal" your poo sits on the spectrum.
