Joke of the Week A young boy was looking at the wall of plaq ues in front of the church. The minister came up behind him and asked him what he was thinking. This could be an issue because "the color and shape of your stool can actually show warning signs of medical conditions like colon cancer" or "internal blockages." However, it is important to remember that "everyone has their own version of normal," so there is no need to immediately worry. The reason to take a look in the to ilet is to identify what your own norm is. If things change or there is a lasting abnormality, then it may be time to consult a doctor. But if you never look, you'll never know! While this topic is certainly not glamorous, checking before you flush is im portant; it ensures your digestive system isn't sending up any red flags.
